You are hereby notified that Emcom Wireless has ceased operations, and will no longer accept any further orders after close of business 15/12/2011.

Unfortunately, Mr Nick Forster - Jones, who resides in Australia, has continued to collect monies from customers via a FNB online collection facility, this despite the fact that he is not providing the customer with a service, and that he has been notified to refrain from processing further debits from clients’ wef  13/12/2011.

Furthermore, all communication with First National Bank (FNB) has been "fruitless" as they have indicated that they can do nothing about the actions taken by Mr Forster - Jones, as he is processing an Online collection (Customer Number 18923542), and not a debit order. Furthermore they are unable to trace Mr Forster - Jones, as the listed FICA details are "old" and or "outdated".

Due to Litigation, a "caretaker", OASS, com21@oass.co.za, has been appointed to assist former customers with correspondence and or queries pertaining to unauthorized, on line collections / debits.

However. should any unauthorised collections be processed against your account via FNB Emcom online collection, you may report the matter to fraudreporting@fnb.co.za.  and or alternatively, contact Nick directly on:
